If you have recent x-rays, CT’s or other lab results on the area of concern, please bring those for your first visit. If you do not have any recent images and they need to be taken, we can do so on site. At your first visit, you will be greeted by our front desk and asked to fill out some paperwork telling us about your current pain. If you would like, we can send you an email prior to your first visit to have that paperwork sent over and uploaded securely to our system. Next, you will sit down with one of the doctors to go over your symptoms. Following this discussion, the doctor will determine the next best steps. Every case is different so the doctor will use subjective and objective information to decide on the proper next steps. Typically, patients will do one or more than one of the following: get an x-ray, have stim, or receive an adjustment. After your first visit the doctor will come up with a treatment plan that is best suited for you. At the second visit you and the doctor will discuss that treatment plan and then continue treatment.

You do not need an MRI prior to your first visit. If you have already had one recently, please bring it in. If you do not, and the doctor determines you need one, they will write you a script for one.
All people experience an adjustment differently. Some people feel sore for a day or two and then feel amazing following that time frame. Some people feel great immediately after. It is important that you communicate how you are feeling with the doctor so they know if they should be changing anything that they are doing at each visit.
There is a link HERE for our initial paperwork. This is unloaded directly to our secure portal. Should you not be able to fill it out prior to your first visit be sure to show up fifteen minutes early to fill out paperwork prior to your first visit.
